Dr. Grace Waite

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Tampa, Florida providing one-on-one virtual psychotherapy services to individuals living in Florida and over additional forty states (check the FAQ section to see if your state is included!). I specialize in providing depth-focused therapy for depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Depth therapy is an exploration of all of you- your history, your thoughts, you hopes, your identity, your relationships, and your future- so that you can create change that lasts a lifetime.

I also specialize in working with individuals with attention-defecit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and executive functioning challenges. ADHD impacts every aspect of life, and often exists alongside other mental health concerns. A skills based approach combined with depth therapy addresses the day to day challenges of attentional difficulties while also exploring the unique aspects of your ADHD experience.

Fit is one of the most important parts of therapy. It’s what helps therapy to feel safe and supportive as you do the challenging work of growing. That’s why I provide a free fifteen minute consultation call, so you can see if I’m the right therapist for you. Click the link below to schedule.
